Rating System

 

Quick Overview

• Three tier system – bronze, silver, gold
• Three stars in each tier
• Must obtain three stars before advancing to the next tier
• Multiple rating possibilities in each tier
• If you do anything to remove a previous action, it can result in the loss of one star at a time
• * Skip to Gold Tier with 1 successful referral *

 

1. Bronze – Define yourself

• First Bronze Star – email address verified
• Second Bronze Star – all required profile information filled out
• Third Bronze Star – can be acquired by performing one or more of the following actions:
  • 10+ friends in your network
  • 1+ referral made (Success Rate = successful referrals divided by total referrals.
    e.g. – 1 successful referral from 3 total referrals made would be 1/3 = 33%)
  • 1+ recommendation received
  • 1+ recommendation given

 

2. Silver – Participate in the Community
*You must have three Bronze Stars and then perform one of the following actions to acquire your first Silver Star. All Silver Stars are either/or, there is no defined order.

• A Silver Star can be acquired by performing one of the following actions:
  • 20+ friends in network
  • 10+ referrals made
  • 5+ recommendations received
  • 5+ recommendations given
  • 20+ blog comments made
  • 1+ blog entries written and published on Yellojobs.com
  • 10+ forum topics started

 

3. Gold – Refer successfully
*You can jump to this tier with one successful referral
*You must have three Silver Stars prior to advancing to the gold tier.

• First Gold Star – one successful referral: referred friend is hired and remains employed with the company past the probation period
• One Gold Star – other Gold Stars can be received for performing the following actions:
  • 50+ friends in network
  • 50+ referrals made
  • 10+ recommendations received
  • 10+ recommendations given
  • 5+ blog entries written and published by Yellojobs.com
