* Your company must have three Bronze Stars and then perform one of the following actions to acquire your first Silver Star. All subsequent Silver Stars are either/or, there is no defined order.
* Your company can jump to this tier by hiring through a referral and paying the reward
Otherwise, your company must have three Silver Stars prior to advancing to the gold tier.
General Overview
- Three tier system – bronze, silver, gold
- Three stars in each tier
- Must obtain three stars before advancing to the next tier
- * Skip to Gold Tier by hiring 1 employee through a referral *
- Multiple rating possibilities in each tier
- If you do anything to remove a previous action , it can result in the loss of one star at a time
1. Bronze – Define your Company
- First Bronze Star – email address verified
- Second Bronze Star – completed profile
- Third Bronze Star – acquired by performing one or more of the following actions:
- 10+ job ads with rewards posted
- Purchase resume download package
- Become a featured employer
2. Silver – Participate in the Community
* Your company must have three Bronze Stars and then perform one of the following actions to acquire your first Silver Star. All subsequent Silver Stars are either/or, there is no defined order.
- A Silver Star can be acquired by performing one of the following actions:
- 20+ candidates added to "My Favorites"
- Request 10 interviews through Yellojobs
- 20+ job ads with rewards posted
- 20+ blog comments made
- 1+ blog entries written and published by Yellojobs.com
- Participation in a forum discussion by posting comments
3. Gold – hire successfully through referrals
* Your company can jump to this tier by hiring through a referral and paying the reward
Otherwise, your company must have three Silver Stars prior to advancing to the gold tier.
- First star – One successful hire through a referral. Your company hires, keeps the employee past the probation period, and pays the reward. This is the pre–requisite for the Gold tier.
- Other Gold Stars can be acquired by performing one of the following actions:
- 100+ candidates added to "My Favorites"
- Request 50 interviews through Yellojobs
- 50+ job ads with rewards posted
- 50+ blog comments made
- 5+ blog entries written and published by Yellojobs.com
- Host forum discussion with job seekers and referrers
