Job description

  • Main objective is Optimum Utilization of available Manpower & Resources.
  • Proper Scheduling of Manpower in a transparent Manner. Manpower planning in such a way so that the maximum output can be achieved from available resources.
  • Ensuring Maximum AL, Minimum Idle %age and Calls forecasting in accurate manner.
  • Single Source of Data for all other Department.
  • We ensure that every CCE gets the accurate salary & PMI (Performance Monthly Incentive).
  • We ensure that calls are recorded for every single agent i.e. we get the ids configured in proper queues in Verint.
  • Publishing Weekly Rosters for different circles with service level, shrinkage %, Answering level, call flow, idle % and AHT targets.
  • Key target to achieve the SERVICE LEVEL Targets with the available manpower.
  • Forecasting calls on previous weeks call pattern.
