  • Induction and Orientation
  • Customer Service and soft skills modules
  • Departmental job skills Training
  • Develop departmental trainers and schedule Departmental Training system.
  • Be a part of Site Management Team and be responsible for Service Level standards and Quality.
  • Post opening – Constant Training delivery and scheduled and planned Training interventions leading to highest standards of services.

Qualification and Experience

  • Hotel Management Graduate from a reputed institute ( Any IHM / IHM Aurangabad etc)
  • Total 5 years experience ,atleast 3 years Experience in Hotel operations in F&B and atleast 2 years in 4-5 star Hotel Training Function
