It is a US voice process- Involves 100 per cent inbound customer service.
Skills Required:-
1. Travel background Preferred - GDS knowledge (Apollo, Saber, Galileo, Amadeus, World span).
2. Good communication skills.
3. Graduates/ Undergraduates with 6 months of experience.
4. Typing speed: Minimum 18 words per minute with 85 per cent accuracy.
5. Fresher /Experienced.
6. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environment.
