Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and deployment of voice infrastructure/ new project environment setup
  • Active participation in the capacity planning for the voice infrastructure.
  • Work closely with Projects, Architecture & Standards and Account Management teams for new project setups and upgradations vis-à-vis Voice Services across India Delivery Centres.
  • Design and propose new cost effective and efficient voice solutions within the framework of Accenture policies and government regulations.

 Skills Set

  • Understanding of basic telephony, voice networking, signalling standards and telecommunications protocols.
  • Experience on industry standard enterprise/ call center PBX’s.
  • PBX’s and associated adjuncts for Domestic Telephony.
  • Voice Mail.
  • Call Accounting Software.
  • CTI Integration experience preferred.
  • Voice logging and call quality evaluation systems.
  • Avaya is preferable, but not an issue if the candidate has expertise in any other PBX domain

Process Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of industry operating standards like BS15000, BS7799, COPC etc.

Educational Qualifications

 

  •  Successfully regular time completed 10+2+Diploma/B.E /B. Tech
  • Experience:2+yrs to 5yrs
