Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth working between Operation Services (Tech services) and clients.
  • Ensure requirements of the businesses and deals are understood by the Operations Teams and met.
  • Responsible to work on deal (Application development /Application support) migrations from Onshore to Offshore.
  • Provide technical consultancy (IT infrastructure) to project for project setup in IDC.
  • Work closely with Business leads to facilitate expansions of projects within facility and also movements of projects between facilities.
  • Extend support to businesses for RFP responses, New Projects Setup, Relocation of Projects, Security Audits
  • Responsible for service management for SLA & CSA administration
  • Handle escalations and Problem Management and provide pro-active response to issues raised by clients
  • Focus on the requirements of an individual business and their deals.
  • Act as SPOC for Business units to capture and execute their IT infrastructure / services requirements.
  • Presentations during customer visits and audits. Presentations to show case the IT infrastructure deployed in the IDC setup.
  • Participate in IDC facility walk through during customer visits.
  • Facilitate procurement of IT equipment for the projects.
  • Providing cost effective IT solutions to projects.


Educational Qualifications:

  • 10+12+Diploma/BE/B.Tech. (Regular)

Experience:

 

  • 7yrs -10Yrs of overall experience in IT infrastructure Management / IT solutions organization, well-versed with Customer Relationship Management, 2-3 years of program management experience. Technical (IT infrastructure) pre-sales experience is a must
