About the role 

Advertising and marketing research responsibilities that could include:

 

  1. Leverage country knowledge to provide input to global advertising and research decisions.
  2. Execute global advertising initiatives for country or countries.
  3. Execute image specific research (e.g., awareness tracking, copy testing, etc.) for the country.
  4. Provide input, where appropriate, to Marketing & Communications Business Practice communications that explain advertising initiatives and developments.
  5. Provide input to the development of recruiting materials:  brochures, newsletters, magazines and videos.

 Media and analyst relations responsibilities that could include:

 

  1.  Working with country marketing professionals: help determine media targets.
  2.  Assist in identifying media opportunities, working with Global Media/Analyst Relations team.
  3. Assist in the development of story angles and materials used to pitch stories; develop/package by-liners, white papers; generate interviews at country level.
  4. Support Global Media / analyst teams to manage relationships with external media / analysts to further our image goals at country level.

Marketing responsibilities that could include: 

 

  1. Provide input to global events/sponsorship strategy; representing the country or counties.
  2. Help determine possible country event/sponsorship opportunities, if needed.
  3. Assist in the execution of firm wide event/sponsorship initiatives in country or countries.
  4. Manage and execute local events and sponsorships to deliver relevant messages to specific external and internal audiences in support of the firm’s Integrated Marketing efforts.
  5. May research, interview and secure speakers to support local/country venues.
  6. Assist in the development of correspondence to invitees, speakers, etc.
  7. Produce logistical materials (brochures, slide presentations, premium items).

 Recruitment marketing responsibilities that could include:

  1. Assist in the determination of recruitment marketing needs across the country or countries.
  2. Execute recruitment marketing initiatives in coordination with global recruitment marketing objectives, positioning, messages, etc.
  3. Coordinate the development and execution of recruitment marketing and communications plans to deliver tailored messages to target recruits, particularly experienced hires.
  4. Be principle point of contact for recruiting organization on advertising guidelines and parameters.
  5. Work with Global Advertising team to coordinate and integrate recruitment advertising messages and placement with global image advertising.
